Delete In The App
The fastest way to delete your Asbury Edge account is inside the app:
- Open Asbury Edge.
- Go to your Profile.
- Select Delete Account.
- Type DELETE to confirm.
- Tap Delete Account.
In-app deletion is immediate and permanent.
Request Deletion Without The App
If you cannot access the app, email support@asburyedge.com from the email address associated with your Asbury Edge account and ask us to delete your account.
Manual deletion requests are processed within 30 days after we verify account ownership.
What Gets Deleted
Account deletion removes your authentication credentials and profile information, saved favorites, followed locations, notification preferences, push tokens, favorite reminder settings, favorite calendar settings, hidden locations, and other account preferences.
If event submissions exist for your account in a future release, those submission records and related reputation history will also be deleted where applicable.
What May Be Retained
We may retain limited records only when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute handling, or operational integrity. These retained records are not used to recreate your account.
